E3 2019 | Phill Spencer, top manager of the company, made official to next-generation Xbox Scarlett console, Microsoft took good advantage of his cards and gave a presentation for the memory, but always with margin to improve. The absence of Sony was well exploited by Phil Spencer and company who did not skimp on incredible future announcements during the Xbox E3 Briefing, including data on their next generation console: Xbox Scarlett.
The Xbox Scarlett, the new Microsoft Xbox, will be available on Christmas 2020 and from the company claim that the console will be up to four times faster than the Xbox One X, currently the most powerful platform on the market.
“We have heard them, a console must be designed and optimized thinking of one thing: the gaming,” said Phill Spencer.
The Microsoft executive emphasized the feedback they have received from the gamer community since 2013, the year that the Xbox One was released. We show you the video of the presentation of the Xbox Scarlett:
In turn, Microsoft confirmed that Scarlett would have the technology of Ray-tracing (ray tracing), as do the best video cards today. The Ray-tracing based on the simulation of light in the video games, this tool used in the cinema, for example. Another confirmed detail is that the future Xbox will have a GDDR6 RAM that, next to the CPU, will allow playing an image up to a quality of 8K (8,000 pixels) at 120 frames per second (FPS).
On its design, Microsoft showed nothing, but it expected that during 2019, more details would reveal. Besides, it confirmed that Halo: Infinite will be an Xbox Scarlett exclusive and will be available from day one for purchase. For now, it not known if other games will be developed exclusively for this console.
Finally, on the backwards compatibility(ability to play other games of the same family of consoles) the Xbox Scarlett should count on her since Xbox One has backwards compatibility with Xbox 360 although this has not confirmed.
